violence INTRADUCTION I'm a concerned citizen of El Dorado County I've lived in this county for almost 20 years I lived in the city of possible almost 7 our city newspaper prints most of the crimes that happen in El Dorado County but one of the worst crimes ever committed was done by El Dorado County Sheriff's and El Dorado County court clerk's along with the Placerville PD it was never written about it except for when I was found not guilty for 148 which I'll explain later so this story is very difficult to tell its long and has many parts so I'll try to tell it the best I can will start with the police report taken by Placerville PD Number PG0102054 Date 11/09/01 Reporting MEUSER A-the police report was taken November 9, 2001 Travis Smith filed this report because of theft of court paperwork and terrorist threats basically this is what it says Travis Smith had a case for breach of contract against Sally Chang El Dorado County and Sacramento County on the last court hearing the bailiff called Travis Smith out of the courtroom produced hand on his throat or neck pushed him into the corner and told him if he had a problem with it he would take care of it he did this with his hand on his gun making Travis Smith think you would shoot him. Now to the destruction of court paperwork and falsifying court order Travis Smith tried to file an appeal in his family law case he faxed the appeal to the supervisor referred to section C. she then sent back a letter stating she was sending back this fax that I could not file fax paperwork that I would have to come in and file it at the counter so the next day Travis Smith went to the courthouse with his paperwork upon entering the sheriffs department surrounded him stating that he was straightening the court Travis Smith handed Jackie Davenport the appeal paperwork the Sheriff that was standing at the counter which Travis Smith paperwork tried to look at the paperwork being filed but the court clerk covered it up so we could not see after the discussion with the sheriffs department they decided they Travis wasn't threatening the court so everybody that was there was very nervous about the whole thing so we went our separate ways the court clerk did not stamp or set a court date like she should have she then wrote a order with Commissioner Ward Dreyer's name stating that the paperwork was not in proper format she's sent back a stamped copy with vacated written on it and kept the two copies that was with it later on Travis and two deputies were standing on the courthouse steps more Dreyer exited the courthouse Travis Smith said Your Honor did you vacate the appeal I tried to file he said yes because you faxed to the court Travis Smith said no the ones I filed at the counter he said no I didn't even see them so the faxed appeals paperwork is a recognized filing that was vacated so the sheriffs through away the paperwork. which is a crime. the court clerk falsified a minute order which is also a crime Case in Tahoe theft of court paper work, terrorist threats, the hearing was thirty day after Scotts arrest I was in splint for 5 weeks and the suspended my license my truck broke down and I was told I couldn’t leave town so I had to do phone call so this is the story B-police report: Travis Smith tried to get a copy of the police report for theft of court paperwork Sgt. Scott told him there was no officer by the name and there was no report taken Travis Smith insisted on talking to chief Brown were making an appointment Sgt. Scott attacked him from behind took him to jail and charged him with a 148 a year and a half later they went to trial Travis Smith was found not guilty of the 148 he filed multiple claims in this matter but yet it was still dismissed for lack of claim the claims were attached to the complaint so where did they go everything that he filed was either dismissed or sent back they discriminated against him so much and so bad they almost made him a rambling fool nobody would listen to him or nobody cared. to get the police report Travis Smith showed up at the courthouse called the sheriffs department they said it's not their jurisdiction then he called the police department they said it the sheriffs jurisdiction then he called the FBI they said it was local jurisdiction after three rounds of that the FBI suggested calling 911 to Travis Smith did that's when the Placerville PD showed up he went to the sheriffs department the internal affairs guy told him that he would not take to report to get lost the Sheriff looked at Travis Smith said I am not going to talk to you about this Travis Smith went to the district attorney Garry Lacey talked to him Garry Lacey called up the bailiff Sgt. Groff and told him he had to take to report Travis Smith went to the courthouse Sgt. Groff said I'll take to report on what our officers did but I'm not taking report on the crimes committed by the courts to do to this day Travis Smith does not know anything about what the sheriffs findings were but they said it was unfounded but Travis Smith can prove every word of this testimony C. Travis Smith tried to file motion to designate court case upon entering the courthouse the court clerk Lynn Murray was standing at the counter he handed her the paperwork she looked at it and said we can accept this Travis Smith said there is a court order telling me to file this she called him a liar he stated it again she called him a liar then she went and got the case file upon returning she open the file said I'm looking in the file there is no court order your liar I told her to get her supervisor she said my supervisors on vacation I told her to get me any supervisor she went to the back and brought back to Robin Parker Robin Parker opened the court case file then it said there is a court order and we have to accept it she looked at it made sure was in proper format. then Lyn Murray accepted the paperwork walked off not to be seen again that day I left she did not stamp the paperwork or set a court date at that time later there was an extension of time in by Judge Riley for 28 days it was never mailed to either of the parties so at the hearing on July 10, 2000 neither party showed up the judge was Alan P. Field dismissed it for lack of proof of service but Travis Smith did take a copy of the motion and medical too the other attorney Travis filed a complaint but nothing was ever done better intact medical documents were entered into the case file tell you later but the people in San Francisco said that he was never appointed to that case on July 10 2000 even after the complaints the court clerk that call him a liar still handled his paperwork. This is why he faxed the appeal on the police report. Travis tried to file attachments’ to the complaint 7-17-0-0 upon arrival at the courthouse court clerk Alberta had a sanctions paper in her hand Travis Smith said yes he knows about the sanctions but when a case is dismissed they have to reset the status conference hearing she accepted the paperwork but didn't stamp it Travis Smith asked for his family court file so we can go to the illegal clinic downstairs she says I don't know where your file is and I'm not going to look for it so he went downstairs anyway and they said you need to file come back when they find it but I had a mediation hearing on the 17th and there would be no other legal clinic held before I had to have my questionnaire turned in 5 day in advance which the attachment disappeared so that court hearing with Alan P. Field on the 10th was the biggest screw you they falsified multiple minute orders in this case to cover up the theft. than you can imagine the breach of contract that was filed on the 10th was stamped and signed by Lyn Murray which is a lady that called me a liar there was no date set for a court hearing .so how did the court set date for a hearing Travis filed a motion for relief and they set a date but when Travis show judge riley said what are we here for Travis said for motion for relief he said I don’t see it I only handle what’s in front of me and the motion disappeared .the case with Alan P. Field was a medical case I have thoracic outlet syndrome which I can't say misdiagnosed but the doctor told me that if I file for workman's comp that she would say I was an IV drug user she also told me that I was nothing but white trash so I could not file when this first came about after six years being hospitalized after having an angiogram. I was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome. in the same case a year later the 5-21-01 I was not there it’s a lie I did not even know that there was a hearing I was not served the paper work that was filed and received by Lyn Calvin if fraud. Look at the paper work its not time stamp by the court and you can change the fax info on top. She sent stolen paper work to the appellate court and they mail it back I went to the court and ask her about it she said they would not have look at it anyway so I called her a thief 4-06-01 and the papers work was filed 2 weeks later and the sheriffs threatened me so on 5-30-01 I was scared to say anything when I did go in front of the judge. part D. the mediation hearing the mediation department was in Tahoe at the time Jackie Davenport that falsified Ward Dreyer's minute order set the mediation for July 17 when both Nicky and Travis arrived at the hearing Travis asked the mediator who he thinks was Jackie Davenport he never matter at that time where is my file she says I don't have it I don't know where it is located so my questioner and its attachments were never seen the mediator lied on the report and twisted everything around to make it look like I was an evil evil man then it that court hearing Travis Smith never seen the mediation report until after the court hearing more Dreyer's accepted the mediation report as the order of the court Travis was never allowed to disagree with the mediation report. then Dreyer lifted Travis Smith said if you were working I'd make you pay for the whole thing Travis Smith said she hasn't given me her phone number or her address he said that's the only thing you can complain about she has to give you the but to this day she did not ever give her address or phone number on her paperwork she only had her attorney stuff which is Stephen Valentine pro tem judge now for the traffic court. Travis Smith ex-wife went to Sacramento and got a step parent adoption falsifying the application by saying there was no child support and she did not know where I was which she delivered to a child support hearing then the Commissioner because of Travis and his testimony about their court crimes he gave up jurisdiction and Travis can never see his daughter again Part e deputy mat Kathy internal affairs came to my house listen to what i had to say but I believe that his visit was to basically say that their investigation was unfounded that they were not going to investigate any more of there officer Action in the case that I was acting mentally ill that there scared that i might get violent that I need phyc testing but he wouldn’t say that theft of court paper work by court staff is there jurisdiction that I had to live with the crimes committed against me that i better watch what I say they will prosecute me for terrorist threats so i will be prosecuted for them but there bailiff wont and that throwing away a fax motion that was vacated by commissioner could be thrown away well lets let a jury decide he said it wont happen like that so in short that law enforcement can commit crimes and not have to worry about being tried for their crimes in court so there above the law cool good job don’t you think they think that just because ward dryer has been demised that him vacating the fax appeal that they don’t have to send them back wrong and the falsification of court paper work is a crime and that their conspiracy will never be handled in court well ok that the power of government but it is wrong I can not stop I promised my daughter I would see her and there crimes prevented that so I will not stop perusing justice here doctors paper work they say I am vary mentally competent This was verdict in trail SUPERIOR COURT OF California.
